Man this gets me pumped for the season! Question - are you filming in 1080p and a higher frame rate? And do you use a mic for your GoPro at all? Do you use the wind canceling feature? I’d like to capture some footage this year to be able to relive some memories, and your videos are always awesome.
I film in 2K, 30fps. I don't use a mic or any wind cancelling. Once you start recording your hunts, you'll wish you'd started years ago! Thanks for watching and best wishes this season.
Where do you and Sage hunt at when the weather is warm say 60+.. is there areas you target in this warm weather? Certain cover.. always hunted when it's colder ..
@@fallflightretrievers2578 First, we try to wait until later in the day when the “heat” breaks. Close to water is typically where we’ll target when it is warm. Not so much as the pheasants need something to drink, but because it is cooler than sitting in the light grass. The transition zones alongside cattails seem to give us the best luck.
Great stuff - it's about that time!!
@@jeffbitton1836 I can’t wait! Hopefully it cools down. 86 right now.
This does get you fired up for the season. Leaving for North Dakota in two weeks WOO HOO, Thanks for the refresher!
