I certainly loved it! My only bit of feedback/criticism is the running animation being too light, strongly recommend future animations of mega theropods to be reduced in speed and add more weight to the movement, prehistoric planets t rex would be a good analogue for this for example or the Daspletosaurus from Dinosaur planets "little das hunt" episode. I do think also a bit of reference from birds and possibly some lizards like monitors may also help with the movement in other animations outside of running (roadrunners hunting, ratite birds, agamas and monitors inspecting things/keeping a look out.) All in all, great animation and I hope this feedback helps you in future projects, keep up the good work! 😊💜
Good job. 👏 The Giganotosaurus model is excellent and I'm glad they added feathers at least in the initial stage of its development. And the sense of motherhood/fatherhood, just like many modern birds. The Andesaurus also look excellent and I give it another hit by emphasizing how dangerous adults can be. My only problem was the confrontation with the Andesaurus: okay, the female Giga was desperate for not having had any luck in hunting and/or finding food to feed her offspring and herself, but facing a Sauropod instead of attacking it unawares is something that no predator would be so foolish as to risk doing. I think she could have attacked it by surprise, but being an adult Andesaurus and trying to hunt it alone, the sauropod would still push her to the ground to crush her right away. Apart from that, it's a good job.
A recent study suggested that carnosaurs were most comparable to modern crocodylians, so I'm not sure they'd actually have the capacity for monogamy like modern dinosaurs do. Alas, it's still quite tenuous, so it's possible they were in fact closer to modern dinosaurs in intelligence than crocodylians and had the capability for pair bonding. We simply don't know and it's a speculative touch.
I absolutely love these short films, way better than most TV documentaries. Something I'd like to note is that (to me at least) animation style doesn't matter much, it just matters if what you educate and put forward is educational and factually correct, and you guys do that in spades.

This kind of makes me want a short film about Late Cretaceous North Africa, and focusing on the lives of the two kings that inhabited the land: Spinosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus. It's probably very ambitious, but it's never been truly explored since Planet Dinosaur, so I've been wanting a Prehistoric Planet like doc surrounding that region and time. Although, I think the reason behind this is people are scared to talk about Spinosaurus, y'know, the only dinosaur to have the power to transform every couple of years.
I was impressed by this short film about the life of Giganotosaurus. I could recommend another South American Carcharodontosaur to dedicate an episode to: Tyrannotitan chubutensis, a theropod little known to the public (from my point of view). Greetings to the entire team and continue improving in upcoming projects.
@baayshocker pardon mais le giga de ark et des jeux jw/ jp sont bien pire celui du film est bien dans le sence qu’ont sait qu’il s’agit d’un minimum à un giganotosaurus
This is really nice. Great models and solid animation. However, I’m not sure why the Giganotosaurus was animated so quickly here 6:25. It looks like it’s going 100mph, literally. This short is really high quality, but it should not be going that fast haha. Caught me off guard when I first saw it.
The only things I didn't like were some of the walking animations, the fact that a Giga runs towards the front of a sauropod (it could have attacked from behind) and that at 2:36 you can see that the shadow of the pterosaurs is not to scale (basically you can tell they only made a mini map) but on the other hand I loved the closeups of the babies and animals in general or how the Giga ran.
Amazing content, though I will say, I do wish the Giganotosaurus female was a bit intelligent with attacking the adult, maybe sneaking from behind and attacking the flanks, legs, or caudofemoralis, if she was starving then she would probably attack the sauropod head on, but other than that? A perfect depiction of a life of a Giga. As you said yourself, this is not a movie monster, but an intelligent animal that also happened to be a predator.

Beautiful work but the Andesaurus seem a bit too big in my opinion. Weren't they estimated to be 15 to 18 meters long? I dunno, they seem a bit too large compared to the Giganotosaurus here which we know could reach at least 13 meters in lenght.
