Good for beginners but you need to be able to advance just as high to low low to high speed changes ball manipulation off hand many different aspects to dribbling
yes but theres alot more aspects to ball handling than just pounding.

I’m developing my skills for 7 hours at the same time a day, so working out 3 times a day is literally the same thing
I recommend breaking it up into 3 parts but everyone's schedule is different
Dont workout that long in one time yall mess up you body you will scrafice a lot of athelticism for skill

I guarantee for those 7 hours you are only going game speed for an hour and a half work hard and smart
don’t rlly have access to gyms so i could only do workouts in my driveway when the weather lets me but i do body workouts every day to make sure i stay in shape

All I have is myself so I can’t work on bumps but I still know how to and use them during games

anyways to strengthen your weakhand when driving to the paint? also is there any videos that can strengthen shot fakes/ different types of pump fakes around the paint area to get your defender jumping? your vids help so much since i cant get a trainer
To strengthen your weak hand use your weak hand only

Man I wished I lived in San Diego so I can get trained by you, I train myself tho but I can still tell I’m getting way better because I play everyday and I’m explosive because I did lots of medicine ball workouts and ran up steep hills and did plyometrics .

@Ryan Razooky im a freshman my only weakness in creating my own shot my form does not stay the same on pull ups or step backs and I don't have good footwork how do I fixed that?
I need some help with my daughters footwork. She bring her right foot up too far and seems to rocking into her shot instead of going straight up into her jump shots.
