@jpsings4229 Oh i know, I'm a 5'9" woman and I would be very hungry if I ate only 1500 kcals and 120 lbs isn't a realistic weight for anyone over 5'4"- 5'5". But still she's nowhere near as tall as Mitch

Still watching the vid but I had to comment--greek yogurt plus oatmeal is the GOAT!! I love to add cinnamon too sometimes, its such a great combination. I prefer to mix the yogurt in completely for a more pudding like texture. Protein, fiber, and tasty af its the full package.

12oz cranberry juice blend, 4oz Greek yogurt, 1scoop vanilla whey protein, 1scoop of beet powder, 4oz frozen fruit, to max out my blender. Thanks for the juice/ yogurt tip Mitchell Hooper, I took it a little further and made it a daily habit.
We have a similar drink in Bulgaria for the yogurt. You just simply mix water with yogurt probably like 60/40% split. It's called Ayran. Easier to get down the yogurt, also work with Skyr if you are looking for more protein.
These diet-swaps are interesting, but I think they could be adjusted in amount to fit the other person.. It's an easy calculation, and then the other person doesn't need to starve and the other overeat... So they'd eat their right amounts, just a different diet..
South asians make a savoury yoghurt drink that is delicious. Mix yoghurt with some water, pinch of salt, black pepper, and if you’re feeling fancy, add some chopped curry leaf and ginger. A savoury “vehicle” alternative to the orange juice
Collagen is in fact very good for hair and nails, but also skin! When I was about 12 I developed chronic nose bleeds, and the solution was eating jello every day! They stopped within a couple days, though I'd have to continue eating it for a few weeks to months, and then the next summer I'd have to do so again.
Oi! Mitch! The orange juice and greek yoghurt is a banger, them combined is better than either one separately and so easy to drink. By far the easiest way i've tried to "eat" greek yoghurt.

Getting 140g of protein on under 1600 cals is impressive. I struggled to hit that when I was cutting at 1850cals…
942 calories - 155 gram of protein, my go to for protein intake everyday: 1 kilo of low-fat cottage cheese and 2 bottles of high protein drink
Eggs, skyr, protein powder and other diary products make it pretty easy, in my opinion. Getting 'enough' carbs on a low calorie diet is much harder.
