The portals are actually called asmodean crystals, usually for succubus for portals and human disguise. In the first episode of season two while stolas is singing, a couple of times the book he's holding shows the page covering asmodean crystals. He said that he realized thier relationship is a "comfortable lie" and the implication is that if he gave blitzø one of those, he could probably break the relationship off, so nobody gets hurt.
You’re correct. After the events in S1E7 and S2E1, Stolas was considering to test Blitz. But after his encounter with Striker and realizing the assassination plot (as well as having his daughter in danger) Stolas will end their relationship in the next episode given how he felt alone in the hospital
I was under the impression that it was a gift that he'd planned in an attempt to make their relationship less potentially toxic based on Blitzø relying on him for his career
@@NoirDandelion I mean I'm not denying that's a possibility, but it kind of seems like blitzø thinks their relationship is forced after Ozzie's like when he said like "don't pretend like this is anything but you wanting me to fxck you. You make that really clear, all the time." And blitzø obviously has both attachment issues, leaving people after getting too close in fear of them hurting him, so if he was given an asmodean crystal I feel like it would be more realistic for blitzø to stop contacting stolas because of his fears. The only reason he hasn't done so already is because he needs him for the book and stolas knows that, hence the "comfortable lie" line in the song. Idk that's just me tho 😞😞❗
The new client of IMP (that camp counselor) has distinguishable features. Since he said he drowned when his boat sank, he’s sporting attributes that pertain to water, so like their past clients. I like how each of them has features that signify how they died.
That fits even to other humn characters in showeven in Hazbin Hotel
Alastor for example has deer features and it was speculated that he was killed by hunter, maybe as a mistake or he has been hunting his human prey as he was somewhere mebtioned to be a serial murderer/cannibal

I like the small detail that she called him BlitZ (no "O" at all), as she was trying to be diplomatic, persuading him to not seek Barbie.
-> If anything, it points to her being a friend of Barbie and/or a professional who actually cares for her patient's wellbeing beyond the confines of her job.
Oh really I thought it was Erica Luttrell who voiced Agent Two in Truth Seekers cuz the nurse said “You ain’t getting in here” sounded similar to Agent Two saying “You demons ain’t going anywhere now”

Little thing to note at 25:42 Barbie is touching Blitzo’s necklace when she says she doesn't want to see him. The necklace that belonged to their mother.
It's makes me think that their mom’s death was a big factor that contributed to Barbie no longer wanting to have a relationship with Blitzo.

Moxxie annoyed me so much this episode 😭 I never realised how dependent he is on others approval, and having Millie basically be his mom- I mean it makes sense considering his past. I’m glad we finally got to see Barbie Wire, makes me even more curious of Blitzø past
This is by far my least favorite episode.
We have seen minor aspects of Moxxie's need for approval in previous episodes, as well as his near complete dependance on Millie to be there for him, so i think its good that we see this issue brought more to the forefront this episode... It shows us quite nicely how damaged Moxxie actually is, but it also immediately gives us some of the building blocks for him to begin to develop beyond that... like realising just how supportive Millie is of him, and how much he actually needs to be supportive of Millie as well. He is definitely annoying this episode, but i feel like it was kinda necessary just to properly highlight these issues... though they probably went a bit too far making him this annoying, if they toned it down a tiny bit it would have still worked quite well i think... like i think they could have cut the scene with Moxxie singing about himself as Moxxine... it was kinda funny, but also just a bit too self-centered for him i think. Ultimately, i still think what we saw of Moxxie this episode was good in an "overall" sense, but not perfectly executed for this episode in particular.
Couldn't have said it better, you just read my mind and I can understand why people don't like this episode, but they do seem to miss the obvious points you mentioned of annoying degrees of dependence and such
This episode was good
I like that fact the we get to see Millie more as a character in this episode. Especially seeing that even she has her own insecurities like the rest of the gang.
For sure, Millie has been desperately needing some character progression in the show as she has sort of been thrown to the side for the most part.
I do like the focus on her but I’d have liked little hints on her insecurities earlier personall
The camp’s name has to be both a sex joke and parody of Total Drama Island, they’ve even emulated the style of the background trees 😂
Well, Shark. This is gonna be a conflicting notion. While we finally get to meet Blitz’s sister Barbie, she seems to show a lot more than just fuming anger and hatred towards him. I’m theorizing that although she won’t say it, the implication over why she distanced herself completely from Blitz was due to what happened to their mom when they were young in their old circus days.
This feels perfect, having a helluva boss episode reaction on my birthday just adds the cherry on top! Best birthday yet!

I mean true that would be nice but as it stands irl pages like Facebook twitter and meta and others don't want thinks to look childish I would imagine but at the same time if done right it would look nice and professional.
