I found my ribbon in Cricut Library - click "Image", go to search, type "ribbon" and you will see a lot of images.
Choose the one that suits you best.

I used the foam double tape from Dollar Tree here.
What kind of paper do you use ? If cardstock how many lbs. ?
Yes, I used here cardstock paper, 65 lb.
How do I size my letters or shapes to have the 3d effect?
Hi, I use offset for it.

I usually use 65 lbs Recollection cardstock from Michaels and 100 lbs Bazzill cardstock from Joann Store.
