As if a parent of a player isn't going to jockey for their kid. Travis Bagent sees Caleb struggling and he wants his son in there because who wouldn't fight for their kid to get a starting role? Caleb's dad just sort of did the same thing as well with his comments about the Commanders having a real OC or HC after the Commander's win over the Bears, taking a jab at Eberflus and Waldron, and showing that he wished his son was drafted by Washington or that he thought Caleb deserved better coaches in Chicago. We can't expect dad's of players to be above this kind of thing. They aren't players, they aren't on the team, or in the front office, or affiliated with it in any way other than their kid is on the team, so they can say what they want. I don't know if he said that, and I don't care if he said it. All the stupid drama has to take a back seat at this point and the players just have to start playing, that's all.
