Inside Briksdal Glacier, Norway. Retreat from 2007

Photos and video at Briksdal Glacier (Briksdalbreen). We entered inside the glacier, under its ice tongue. See the blue color of the ice, because it filters the longest wavelengths of light.

Surely it can’t be a good idea to put human body earth into the glacier. They are precious and are melting fast enough. I agree it is fascinating and would love to do it, but is it right for the glacier and the planet….think twice before doing this.

this is just I said farms from rain every year and it will melt every year ice caves do not stay.
