That hectic over lapping sound comes from the peripheral porting done to it, its a more extreme type of porting very hard wearing, yields great power and great fuel bills especially with those massive 52mm (maybe bigger) IDAs. FYI it goes - standard porting no barps, stage 2 (or J port) porting mild barp on the decline of revs, bridge porting gives barps at idle etc, "monster bridge" just a bigger bridge cut gives more power but if not done right (even then) can effect water seals and then finally the holy grail the Peripheral port (PP) mostly for racing massive power hard wearing great sound, its basically a huge Circle for mixture. (my knowledge is limited but sound best to google and youtube for better details lol)
