The brocoli stem is sooo good 2. I usually just peel the hard outer layer & u r good to go. The inside of the stem is tender & I cube it & add it to my stir fry.

I suggest separating the crispy fried chicken from the creamy udon to retain its crispiness. You can get a lunch box that has a separation between the primary and side dishes.
