    very nice,what would the size range be for this fly?

      Thanks Bobby, depending on what type of hook you are using really. But It would be difficult to tie it smaller than a size 8 and I wouldn't go much bigger than a size 4.

    I tie the rib in on top, thát makes it easier to place and tie the silver badgers, but it is then probably better not to flatten the stem....;- )
    - I also make a body hackle, strip the one side and tie it in by the tip, and winding it forward behind the rib, which is wound first, thát way the rib protect the hackle somewhat.
