Also, with regard to this idea/concept of limited liability. If you are a single member of an LLC and your business is sued, if the business cannot afford to pay the judgment what happens? Does it not fall back on you?

If you are setting up an LLC, should you get a virtual address and 1-800 number first, and then use that address telephone number to fill out the paperwork for the LLC?, or do you just use your regular home address and telephone?
Yes, a person can be a sole proprietor and a member of an LLC. Only individuals can be sole proprietors though, there wouldn’t really be any reason or purpose for an LLC to own a sole prop.
Just wondering if a business of either kind can hold money in the company without paying any taxes ( beside of sales taxes of course) if I don't take a paycheck out of it? So I want to start a small business from a hobby but I don't want to pay myself for a couple years, I just want to reinvest it back into the company can I.
For a fictitious business name statement, /DBA... Does the owner, the individual that is doing the business have to be listed as the registrant? Can a sole proprietor , hire a registered agent, I don't want to be my own RA. Thanks for your helpful videos!

Hello Aiden, thanks for the your video. Do you Focus more in form LLC SINGLE MEMBER, but i see the many Attorneys/ CPAs talk about the form the Multi Member LLC ( 2 or more) because the Entity tax by Partnership have the advantages about the fiscalization by the IRS. What do you think about this?
Hi, I have a single-member LLC. I would like to start another with another name/different business. Should I start another LLC? Or can I put that other named new business under my already LLc?
Aiden I inherited 2 homes and I want to put in rental market. Should I do a separate LLC for each home or one LLC for both. I want to protect each house from the other and myself. Do you have a video out here or could you put one on your list to do. Thanks.

Yes! I recommend it for everybody, even if you’ve formed an LLC.

Hi you kept mentioning single member LLC are things different if there are employees with an LLC, I was thinking of hiring my 2 children.
