Yeah feels like the intro cutscene for a mission. The opening intro to episode 3 also really feels like the kind of intros they have at the start of all the GTA stories.
It would have been more in tune with the show if the big guy had said something like "Point your damn gun all day long, you're still gonna wait your damn turn!"
