Love vintage Ferragamo for its classicism. I think that deconstructing minimalism by way of keeping the structure and simple lines intact whilst showing up a trend aka over exposure by way of transparent materials is truly reducing for lack of a better word organic minimalism - freedom to not over expose is the attraction. I am going to leave it here. Thank you for your food for thought.

I felt Ferragamo was creeping up for a while. I remember like 2019 and pandemic years, it became a brand those in know would goto for simple, unfussy, clean and reasonable priced shoes and belts. I’d often see it referenced in comments. So it makes me sense to me that they are growing in popularity now especially under a new CD. So yeah they were on my radar specially when looking for loafers back in 2021
