Impeccable music selection, and as a fellow MicroKorg owner I am thoroughly impressed with how you were able to recreate all of these sounds. Navigating the UI on those things is not an easy feat. Awesome video!
to be honest the interface is one of the most convenient for a digital synth. the menus are all on the front panel and the "menus" are only one level deep. the only tricky part are the shift functions for which a little manual dive is needed... i think it's a very efficient interface for the amount of knobs. ...if you still want more knobs which is relatable get an MS2000 if you have the chance :-). it's the microKORG's big brother.
Dude im so damn impressed what artists and songs you choose to recreate the patches from. Neon Indian, Com Truise, Hot Chip Tame Impala. Wow never thought someone elses taste in music is like this. Thumbs up to the great work of doing the artists a favor and reacreating the patches! Seriously impressed here. ❤
Just a note, I've paid for these, tried them, and they are incredible. What is better, is how much I'm learning adding them all in manually. Honestly, can't recommend enough!!!!
@@ericpeters0n I asked for the patch notes for some, so I could write the patch myself on the MK. Just learning how it all works. For others I used the Microkorg sound editor to transfer them across

excellent job and excellent taste in track choices! You really did a great job replicating the tones, particularly enjoyed the Pond and Toro Y Moi patches :)
I love this synth and have used it on just about every song I’ve recorded since getting it I originally bought it just for the vocoder but it does so much more ❤
anyone with a Microkorg should go ahead and buy this pack. the sounds are spot on for the records their covering. and they're great jump off points to tweak your own new inspired sounds. easy to install too
Just bought the pack and blew my mind. My stock Microkorg was dusting on the shelf now I can't get my hands off of it. Complete switch from wacky 90s techno box into an epic synth. Highly recommended! RZ's own lofi detune patches on last banks also superb!
These are very well done. I'd like to put it out there and say I'd love to hear Jack Stauber, Home, Disasterpeace, Black Moth Super Rainbow, Sinoia Caves, and maybe that synth on Icky Thump by White Stripes? Because you obv have such a talent for it!
this is so amazing. even though i know nothing about synth but I want it to try one. This gives me a really good understanding of microKORG's capabilities! thank you
That’s incredible, you’ve got some real skills. Never knew such an old and modest synth is capable of “doing it all”. Really shows you don’t need a lot of stuff, just know your gear really well and that’ll be enough. My deep respect 🫡
I don't think I have ever come across someone else with my exact same taste in music to the same degree as you before, you might have sold me on this 😶
I just sent you an email! btw I would like to know wich presets will change on my korg microkorg at the moment I transfer them (trance, techno, electronica, etc) so i can label my machine!
This is incredible work! I just got my hands on a Microkorg. Never played a synth, but once I get more familiar with it, I'll definitely have to grab this patch pack. Could you look at adding more Phoenix / Strokes / Daft Punk / Gorillaz sounds in future? I'd be so keen to hear it and grab it!
hi there! i have a microkorg xl, i know you've said it wount work with it, but so you think i's be able to just follow the manual input directions to get a similar sound? i figure this would work but i'm not sure
I don't know why but I can't make accent when I cange velocity to 127 of one or more notes in ableton :/ Do I have to change smthing in my microKORG? My other synth: MAM MB33 has this accent from the box. Strange.

What strikes me is how well the MicroKorg can make Juno 106 sounds so effortlessly.
Yes! Chourus/ensemble in korg is pretty good! Needs just a little tweaking
Don't sleep on it. It's without a doubt one of the greatest synths ever.
what minute is the juno 106 chorus?

Love the Baby's Eyes sound! That album has kinda flown back under the radar but the synth sounds are crazy
Amazing I had no idea you can load patches into the microkorg with a midi cable. These songs bring me back. Thanks!
Woah, that Read My Mind patch is absolutely spot on. Fantastic job.
Because it's the same synth on the original recording
