I went there when I was in the Navy. This video doesn’t do justice to seeing it in person. My favorite part of the museum was seeing the stained glass. That was beautiful.
Il più bel museo che io abbia mai visto, grazie a voi. Impressionisti, anche alcuni che non conoscevo, arte moderna variegata,,tutto perfetto e splendido !
Got to go there a few years ago... I was hungover and "queasy" as hell but the artwork was truly moving. Only had time to see half of the exhibits and I was there for 3 hours!
Advice; Give yourself 3 DAYS in the middle of the week and take your time. Don't rush it, you need not to see everything at once! Take one of those days and check out the Museum of Contemporary Art! See it "straight" or use a remedy such as a couple of high-octane Bloody Mary's! P.S. Don't get lost! Peace
Thank you for sharing this. I traveled to Chicago last Winter on a faily warm sunny weekend and went to Art Museum for the Monet and Buddhist statues. The signs said Wifi was available. So i connected my iPad to it and got my cousins in Sweden on Facetime and they enjoyed my walk through the galleries until I was approached by security saying that was not allowed. They did not explain why. So, I have shared this video of yours to them. They thank you as well.
Hi there - Couldn't find contact details and I was wondering if I could use a couple of seconds of your footage of the Seurat? I will credit you and link to your page. Best, James
Well, "Table", it is commendable that you visit and show art. Maybe it shouldn't be that you just walk through the house, with the pictures, but that there is a concept beforehand of what is shown and why. So to speak, with some pedagogy, so that the viewer has more of it, even if he cannot be at this place, such a video is a great enrichment. So, perhaps a short explanation of the house and its collection, then, before the pictures are shown, painter and title of the picture, or room. Simply filming into it is actually too little. In my opinion, there is also a task connected with showing; you should take care of it?
