Found some in one of my worm bins and was overjoyed ❤😂
Wow! I didn’t know it could show up that fast!! Disgustingly awesome topic Steve! Spot on with the wife’s agreement on me having my first worm farm😂Another excellent worm farming video!!🪱🪱🪱
I’m starting my worm farm today! 50 gallon unit starting with 5k worms. I appreciate your videos!
You got it Jason…..Good luck!
I have 3 Urban Worm Bags next to one another in my garage. They're all relatively near the side door from the garage to the driveway. I got some slime mold growing on a Chipdrop pile outside the garage and, within 24-36 hours, one UWB, then the next, then the next were completely taken over by this stuff. Inside the bin, around the zipper, & one UWB had something sitting on top of it (occluding air flow to the canvas) and the slime mold grew all over the top outer fabric. The carbon in my bins was primarily cardboard. Glad for this video! Even knowing that it's harmless, I was still a bit alarmed!
NICE JOB STEVE!!! This explained very well what it is! Thanks
Thanks Greg!
We just had this pop up overnight around a couple of our bell pepper plants. We initially freaked!!!!
It’s the first time I have ever seen it Great video 🇳🇿
Thanks DNA!
Hi Steve. I noticed you have packaged Worm Castings in the background, Do they maintain moisture when they are packaged like that? If so, how much moisture or humidity do they maintain? Thanks. Great video.
They do pretty well. We’ve done tests after 2 months in a bag and we see very little degradation in the biology actually.
We almost always sell much more recently-packaged castings though
Isnt this the same organism that the japanese put in a petri dish with oats representing cities, and the slime mold created a map for subway systems that was more efficient than the human made subway system they already had in place...
I had not heard of that but how cool would that be?!
