This China Costco looks like the exact one I was on yesterday in the USA. The price is much cheaper than the USA for the same merchandise. I heard about that a lot of HK people go to China for daily shopping because of the price for the same merchandise.
Price for the same item is about the same in China and in US for fast food, like pizza. It is a good policy for Costco. For some poorer country it should be lower because the source can be purchased locally which may not be as expensive as in US.
