Furion, don't sweat it for not having seen Rebels. This series is still going on, so you have time to catch up on that, if you want to. Yes, you may miss a few callbacks, but you'll catch them when you watch Rebels. You'll have lots of "AHA!" moments.
Don’t worry about not seeing Rebels, it’s a story that treads both but you shouldn’t be lost for not seeing one show. Big up the Blind Wave and Kyle Katarn crew
2:37 Big recommend Kyle Katarn as well. An even bigger Star Wars nerd than Eric and can even translate Aurebesh (the most spoken language in the galaxy) on the fly.
Lovely to hear the Blind Wave reference. They definitely know their shit. Would definitely recommend Rebels regardless, it's tip top Star Wars content. Don't even need to record it, just give it a watch
Clone Wars and Rebels are very much increasingly required viewing for Star Wars now. I implore people to push through hesitations about them being animated and misjudgements that they are shows for children and enjoy them! As they are genuinely the most consistently good Star Wars content in canon, and the context they create elevates the traditional movies so much. They both have hit and miss first seasons, but they take off spectacularly in their seconds, and Clone Wars in particular gets [surprisingly] more dark and mature with every subsequent season. Do it.
I would say it's worth looking up the important story arcs and watching those episodes specifically. Mainly for Rebels because to me, Rebels just was too much little kid show for me to watch every episode lol
Berween Eric & Kyle Katarn (if you can't find his channel from that name there should be a link on his nos-Star Wars channel Grizzled Wizard) l think you'll be fine -They've both swalowed the Star Wars Encyclopedia - if one doesn't say something the other will.
I'm all for Sith doing this reaction and I do understand that his reaction to certain moments in this series aren't gonna hit as hard to him as like from those that are hard core Rebels fans, and thats fine with me. He gets the jist and thats all that matters to me.
Same boat here. I've never seen any of the animated content. I've watched the majority of the live action SW movies and series (couldn't follow Boba Fett). I'm loving this series so far
Huyang, the Jedi Droid who trained Ahsoka Tano, is 25,000 years old. He was built around 25,020 BBY, shortly after the Prime Jedi established the Jedi Order. Huyang is the oldest character in the Star Wars galaxy with a definitive timeline.
When I watched episodes 1 and 2 of Ahsoka I hadnt watched rebels yet. I am on Season 4 of Rebels now and hopefully finish S4 before episode 5 of Ahsoka comes out. Rebels is so good man. 100% start watching it ASAP.
I watched Clone Wars and Rebels right before Obi Wan Kenobi and Ahsoka, so I enjoy Ahsoka even more. Maybe you can watch some Clone Wars and Rebels episodes, some important. I think Filoni created his own universe,so watching his Live Action shows without watched important episodes of the animation shows would be not so impactful... Andor is of course also very important! Greetings from Germany ❤
Great reaction, StihFurion. Don't worry about not seeing all of SW: Rebels and TCW, Man. Dave Filoni wrote this specifically in a way that anyone can follow the bulk of the story, without being knowledgeable about the other stories. BTW, Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati are not Sith, but, Dark Jedi. Looking forward to the rest of your reactions, Bud. May The Force Be With You...
The Clone Wars, Rebels, Mandalorian S2E5, Book of Boba Fett S1E6, & Tales of the Jedi are needed to fully see Ahsoka's journey. The only other episodes I think someone would need to see are the ones that include Hera, which are The Bad Batch S1E11 & S1E12.
Hi Been waiting on your reaction. I know you are a true Star Wars fan. I suggest you watch New Rockstars 4 part breakdown of rebels for a quick cheat sheet.
I disagree with most of the comments, I think it's absolutely necessary to watch Rebels to understand at least like 80% of what's going on, and to really appreciate fully the characters, references, easter eggs, previous events, etc. I mean whats the point of all this episode if you have no idea who Ezra and Thrawn are and what they went through and didnt see what happened to them, and thats just one thing. But anyway, enjoy what you can of the show and try to watch Rebels even if its offline, its awesome.
as far as we can tell by this point Baylon and his padawann dont seems to be sith. . .and their sabre's arent red either. . more of a orange- blood orange

Big up the Blind Wave and Kyle Katarn crew
Love that someone talk about Kyle and Bendu too.
@@julienmaillard9716 They've got all the SW goods!

I made it half way through Clone Wars. For me it got a bit too young, but Rebels stood up. Glad I watched Rebels though.
@annewoodard6803 The last 3 seasons of Clone Wars is the reason to watch Clone Wars. You missed the best arcs.
When it’s Star Wars related you can always rely on Eric from Blind Wave to know everything. 😅 Also Omnimedia and Sonny are great to watch.
I recommend checking out Kyle Katarns reaction for anything star wars related. He and The Bendu know more about Star Wars than anyone I've seen
For sure. Kyle Katarn and Eric from Blind Wave are the two to get knowledge from.
Love that you think this show looks big and sprawling. Because Andor will redefine that for you
I was actually hoping you finally watching Andor 😅
I guess I looked forward for your Ashoka reaction then ;)
He will react to Andor at some point! 😊 - Mod.
It's an awesome series whether or not you know the lore. Like you said all you have to do is watch Blind Wave or others to get all the backstory lore.

Also clone wars amazing.. youd love it
A little detail about Shin, she has a braid on her right side similar to when Obi-Wan and Anakin were Padawans.
I think a lot of us go to Blind Wave for things we missed 😅
Hey man. New Rockstars has a 4 video series with a crash course of sorts for Rebels. Hope that helps

YEEESSSSSSSSS !!! Finally 😭🤍
I believe all Blind Wave Star Wars content is on their new channel, Wave Squadron.
I highly suggest watching rebels.. it's SO good

I would definitely recommmend watching Rebels after Ahsoka anyway and then give this another watch :)
My gah, love Rebels. More than Clone Wars, love Ahsoka too. Great show. 👍

JUMP INTO WATCHING THE MAYAN MC, SPIN OFF OF SONS OF ANARCHY
Did you recognize Baylan Skoll (Ray Stevenson)? He played Othere in Vikings.
Ok, you did recognize him. Loved him. R.I.P
I've not watched rebels either, but this show is alright
let's gooo
I'd say Clond wars is must but that's me
They are dark Jedi but they aren't Sith. More like mercenaries loyal to whoever pays best. They aren't totally committed to evil like the Sith are.
I get the feeling that Baylan did whatever he had to in order to live through Order 66 and the time of the Empire.

No they are not Sith.
Right
