Orphan Source was cool because it was a local area catastrophe. Normally, when there are widespread catastrophes, they are cheesy. Many would, in a supervolcano scenario, make a video about Yellowstone going off, but choosing another, more obscure supervolcano creates a more realistic scenario and makes it just that much more enjoyable to watch. This was really well put together, and it seems like you did quite a bit of research about volcanic eruptions while making this video, same with the Orphan Source video. Absolutely incredible work, I look forward to seeing more high-quality scenarios in the future!
This one was absolutely great. You're almost up there with Radio at this point. I'm glad to have been here from the beginning of your journey to this point.
I've been a fan of EAS Scenarios for a long time, but only a handful of the ones I've watched are ever ones where I say I will truly come back to watch again in the future, and this is one of them! You take the time to set the scene and you build the anticipation with smaller scale problems and news segments covering them before the huge problems start occurring! You also use the EAS system incredibly well; as in you use them when necessary and not just back to back alerts that tell the story. It is much more immersive and realistic than most other scenarios I've watched, and I was completely transfixed the whole way through. I'm very glad that I chose to look up new EAS Scenarios within the past month today, as this gem is worth waddling through half a dozen others! It is very clear that you put a lot of work and research into this masterpiece, and I hope you keep up the wonderful work! I'm excited to see what else you release in the future! This was amazing to watch! Phenomenal work! :)

Those sirens during the volcano warning were great. They not only were scary, but they also sounded like some peaceful background. Truly awesome scenario!
This scenario is amazing. Usually with volcano scenarios, they feel rushed and unnatural with the build up, but this one felt so real and natural! Great job!
BANGER ALERT 💪💪 of all the volcano scenarios i've seen, this is easily one of my favorites. i'm surprised you're not sitting with at least 5k subs by now
@@kayeas716 i didn't pick up on this the first time i watched this, but the harmony of the sirens at the volcano warning screen sounded beautiful. not sure if this was intentional or not but i like the emphasis it puts on "welcome to hell"
Sorry if I’m late here sir. But holy smokes (no pun intended) you really outdid yourself with this one. Probably the best EAS Scenario I’ve had the pleasure of watching in a while.
I enjoyed this because it detailed the background along with the event itself allowing for a more suspenseful experience than one that gets straight into the main event, the eruption.
Oh my gosh, you guys, let me tell you about baked ziti and garlic bread! Like, seriously, imagine this: the rich, creamy layers of cheese and perfectly seasoned sauce blending with those tender pasta pieces, creating a symphony of flavors that just melt in your mouth. Harrowing. All of these scenarios are. We take our lives for granted, our mortal coils greatly vulnerable to anything thrown at them, even the most minor of things, depending on mental maturity. Even through these scenarios I find myself dreading, despairing, that one day something of this scale could happen. Our posh lives ripped away from our mitts, left to wilt away in a dying society... Because, one would say Earth would die, but Earth doesn't die. It's a large space rock held in place by the Sun's gravity; the only things dying are us and other lifeforms, the only surviving lifeforms being the most resilient and, arguably, alien. We are so used to easy living, appliances, shelter, food and water - we can even have it delivered to us. Now, it doesn't even have to be something as disastrous as a volcanic eruption or orphan source superspread- no. It would be us getting cut off from what we hold dear in our modern society; the convenicences that we hold crucial to our survival, if they were to disappear... What would you do? That would be just as apocalyptic to us as all these frightful scenarios, as we are spoiled stubborn to the point where most wouldn't know how to survive in a postapocalyptic world. Some even fear to look upon nature and what it holds. I... Won't continue any longer on this, as even I feel the dread seeping through just thinking about it. Would... _anyone be able to survive?_ Surely a survivalist, but even then, the struggle to live would become even more tense and turbulent. Pardon me, and have a blessed day. Sincerely, Lamadon Pyreus
3C drop would only equal to 3*1.8 it would be 37°F if you’re converting the temperature in Celsius into Fahrenheit but when you’re converting a temperature dropping Celsius it’s only centigrade multiplied by 1.8. Which would be 5.4 F degree temperature drop.
I’m from New Mexico and it’s a great scenario I live in Albuquerque and I have family that live in the Jemez Pueblo reservation which lies 26 miles south of the super volcano also been there a few times although I would be the evacuation zone if it were to happen.

This may well be speculation! But if part of the Yellowstone area is an eruption that could drop most temperatures to a catastrophic level. All over Earth.
well i did quite a bit, cut out the eruption of an actual eruption video, cut out the background of a video of a landscape in new mexico, and sort of put the eruption as the backdrop. it was very tedious.
