Thanks for a good video with helpful commentary. I think you could use a tripod to help record when you need an extra hand to do the job.
BTW...It's called glazing bead around the glass perimeter, not weatherstripping. .....

Where did you get the replacement window? This will save me lots of money I'm retired on very limited income. Excellent video
Any glass shop in town should be able to make you a new one.
Use a sharp wood chisel for adhesive removal. Waay easier.

I think it's about $50 per piece. Obviously that's subject to area and local pricing, etc.
I'd soak it in goo b gone to remove any leftover tape.
