Chef you have a very good crew. Mani looks very cool headed, he does cooking with so much of enthusiasm and is swift in completing his task. I am very much pleased to hear from a professional saying I will speak in English. People who go on, youtube with great enthusiasm forget one thing youtube reaches 7.7 billion people otherwise the entire world population. Also, in my opinion, Indian RUclipsrs bring another human to watch or to help hand over salt, etc look a little awkward nowadays because viewers, on practical time at-home caretakers or the mothers prepare meals can't have that luxury, one has to feel comfortable to watch youtube and at the same time follow at home, that comes with simplicity, that is If I can do it, then you can do it. Famous Julia Child, the goddess of a culinary expert who familiarised the TV shows, also brought experts on a specified field, to demonstrate their skills, added more creative aspects of the shows, because of MS. Julia Child can't be a baker, butcher or all in all in the culinary science. I do agree with Mr. Vahchef, if he brings a parotta master from the roadside, to demonstrate, stretching dough paper-thin is fun and education to watch. Parotta master probably made 500000 in a year, we can not do that in a day or two. Mr.Sanjay can speak in Telugu, chances are he will stay within Telangana, so it applies to all languages unless if you can, you choose to speak a familiar and more accessible language to reach more audiences, Best Wishes to you Mr. Sanjay, yes lunch box is a major subject in a day to day life, mothers will benefit. Pl suggest the best type of vessels to use for cooking.Every body says that aluminum vessels are not good,but you use al u vessels.i get so much objection,steel are mostly thin and burn easily.Non stick also coating goes. .let us know your opinion

Chef, i make plenty of brown onions when the onions are cheap and put them in a plastic box and store in the fridge, this way they last very long or till the onions gets cheap again :) :)
