Hey mate, it is mine hobby ... I agree with you that many people died there just to be able to say I went deep down in the blue hole ... people who die there this way are usually experienced recreational divers or new tec divers ... we are experienced Tec instructors. When I was doing this dive I was living in Dahab for a while and I been uncountable number of times in the arch, we know what we are doing, we accept the risk and we do it as much safe as possible ...

I will soon start my extended deco certifications and possibly continue to trimix and extended trimix to dive the arch. I see many videos with wetsuits and open circuit. No drysuit for that depth? Are deco gasses placed at 6 meters for this dive?
Seeing you guys diving deep in so clear waters with wet suits (except for one of you) and no gloves makes me bloody jealous !
Thanks Steve. It is never too late to take at least basic Tec courses. We trained in Team Blue Immersion many divers of all age groups and even take to trimix depth one guy who is older than 60 years. Never give up on your dreams!

HI Zdenek, how do you clean your manual block and its internal valves?
My Titan CCR manual block's valves are thrown into an ultrasonic cleaner filled with Aerospace Lubricants' K02 Sonic (for oxygen use). As for the o-rings on the valves, I use a bit of Tribolube 71 grease on those rings. Before re-installation of valves, I spray a bit of Aerospace Lubricant's EPO2 anti-corrosion and eletrolysis inhibitor on each valve.

@ what depth did the gopro housing explode,,?/ 60 Meters ??
Why didn't you use a reel while entering a restriction? I have watched many tech divers using it for a reason so what is your opinion about it? I'd like to know how much experience is required to explore this dive site despite becoming a tech diver with let's say a certification upto 60 mtrs?
Because as you mentioned even new tech divers have had lost lives right there....
I am from India. I wish you safe dive and keep exploring new dive sites in the future.

How did you manage to go 135m with the GoPro case? I thought it was only capable of going 60m max. Any tips will help, thanks.
Looks like they did not take the camera to the bottom depth.
There are aftermarket cases for gopro, some even capable withstanding the pressure at 3000m (they are heavy and bulky though)

Yes there's a case called Isotta, last time I checked their GoPro case was rated for 200m. Downside is the starting price is over $500.

Yes the head is TillyTec. Light system was Men4diving but they are not available anymore as far as I know.
I guess the footage is not all from the same dive, at some point some divers are using Tmx 15/45, at a different point AIR and at the end a lower O2 mix like 9/55 or something like that...
I do have a stupid question but do you use trimix to trim your bcd ?
You use the mix in your twinset. So yes.

You saw what they used. Twinset is 9/66. They have one stage with MOD of 97 meters so 13/XX probably 13/50. One stage is gonna be EANx50 and one Stage is O2.
That would scare the ever loving crap out of me. I could never do it. I'm too scared of deep water but it looks so pretty.

135m with bottom mix of 15/45?? that is PPO2 of 2.2. do you really mean 135ft
They didnt go to 135m with15/45. It was a preparation dive. You saw them carry 1 or 2 Stages max there. But for the 135m dive you need atleast 3 or your deco time is gonne be astronomically.

Teplotni rozdil v hloubce neni v lete v takovychto hloubkach v Dahabu vyznamny. Teplota se pohybovala okolo 23 stupnu plus minus neco.

If you want a different place and enthusiasm Canyon is the most appropriate place in Kas `. two wall "V" shaped canyon creates combined at a single point. Apex and base of 5 meters is 22 meters. The left wall of the longer 55-meter finds base depth reaches the right wall, Dimitri called peak 27 base 42 feet in and a long time ago canyon walls sank cotton with a metal greek shipwreck host makes. During the months of July and August canyon walls covered with silver fish can also be a haven macro photography.

Hey, I was diving many wings but I keep coming back to my apeks all the time. It is one of those great wings you can not really find anything to complain about. I always use this one for bigger dives when I need bigger lift.

This is the reason why I stopped diving in the Red sea and Dahab.

Billy Sing do you know how many divers died at Dahab for nothing just to say "I've been deep very deep"? It's that all. It's a stupid way of dieing, not a good diving!
