Is anyone else upset that Levine family racing didn't run some sort of McQueen paint scheme at some point? Also nice little nod to real life by saying the car that Chase Elliott voiced won the 2020 championship
That was all I wanted for a couple years, they did try but Disney wanted waayyyy too much money for it so they dropped the idea pretty fast. It sucks, LFR was my favorite team and I was disappointed it never worked out
I've loved the Cars movie since my childhood, Motor Speedway of the South is referencing Bristol Motor Speedway and Los Angeles International Speedway is referencing the Los Angeles Coliseum. Nascar drivers have always appeared in that movie, also Chick Hicks' attitude is compared a lot with Kyle Busch in real life (that's why Mattel is going to put him out in a diecast). Always that Rusteze McQueen's sponsorship is a reference to Lowe's where Jimmie Johnson won 7 NCS championships. Happy April Fools guys!!!!
This absolutely made my day. Joke or not, this was an absolute blast to watch. I personally also have McQueen win his first Title in 2006 which was seen in Cars: The Video Game (Which takes place 1 year after the movie which as you and others say, takes place in 2005). And McQueen's other titles were also identical to my eyes. As for the Cars 3 era. I have Ramirez win the 2017 Title, followed by 2018 and 2021. Assuming the characters from the NASCAR crossover diecast series is canon, then racers like William Byrev and Aric Almiroling would debut in 2021 which means, GoGo Logano, and Rowdy Revvin Busch didn't win their titles at the same time as their real life counterparts. I still have Storm as a two time champion (2016 and 2019). I still have Chase Racelott be the 2020 Piston Cup champion like in reality though.
I’m interested in seeing how many wins each driver in the piston cup series has. It’s obvious it isn’t the same driver like McQueen winning all the time.
Great job Danny this is probably my favorite video you've ever done, I give credit to cars for making me the nascar fan I am. it'd be cool to see a video on the days of thunder characters next year
This was brilliant, I''m still salty about Chick Hicks winning that championship! Also any chance we can get a Rise and Fall of Harry Hogge Racing (Cole Trickle) next year?
This was great. The effort you put in for a movie racing team and finding the information that most people don't know, (or making it up, I dunno). Anyway, I applaud you and your work
I do love the new dinocorusteze team but I wish they would have kept the classic dinoco branding with the 43 and 42 and their new driver tyre dillon is really underperfoming
@@DannyBTalks it was a reference to what I've seen other people I've seen comment on other channels. It's even happened to non monetized channels. Where the uploader/creator sets it up where they don't want ads in their content but YT does it anyway
Very well made video! Two goofs though: 1. The Rusteze Racer before McQueen was not Bobby Roadtesta (as he sponsored Carbon Cyber from 2008?-2016). 2. The #8 in the 2005 season was named (and voiced by) Dale *Earn*hardt Jr.
1. I found a website that is basically “Cars Wikipedia”, and it stated they simply sponsored “car #67”, and then that same website has a database of cars with that number. There was a next Gen with the #67, and then there was Bobby Roadtesta. So I made it be Roadtesta. 2. I think the movie just always called him “Jr” so I think for legal reasons, mainly T*r*sa…they didn’t want to use the family name. So I just made him “Carhardt Jr.”
While I was a bit older when McQueen became to be, I couldn't help but root for the kid. Maturity done a lot of good for him. Always rooting for his team, and can't help but follow the career of that 51 Dinoco. Now just whatever happened to that wacky racers series? Odd race cars, and some dirty tricks but they were within the rules. That Penelope Pitstop had to be an inspiration for Ramirez. 😉
McQueen was originally sponsored by Smell Swell, which treated him poorly, which is probably why he looked down upon Team Rusteze in the 2005 racing season.
Alright this is great, my second favorite April Fools vid this year behind the ultra serious documentary about a certain island near Costa Rica that bred animals and had something to do with a park

We did get a 95 Lightning truck in 2010. Johnny Benson drove it at Daytona
@@TanDawg58 omg it's beautiful I've never seen it before now
Tony Raines did as a promotion for the movie in 2006.
In the Supercars championship in Australia one driver ran a lightning mcqueen paint scheme, can’t quite remember who.
Can we talk about how Danny is dedicated to the “Rise and Fall” series to racing movies when it comes to sponsors and teams?
Respect
April fools man
Yeah but its always on April fools day 😂😂
Rusteze with the old owners: _dominates to 7 championship_
when Sterling invest mass money on the team: *implosion.*
Makes sense
Like the Cowboys.
Deja Vu
Damn you Sterling!
For this being an April Fool’s joke, it is very well done! Bravo DannyB! 👏
I remember watching the Piston Cup from about 2005-2012. Seeing McQueen win all those championships fuelled me.
April Fools or not, I think we can all agree it was high time Danny did a video on the Cars franchise.
for sure. Pranksters won't have ways with us.
First win at Glen Ellen (Watkins Glen in real life). Sound a lot like a certain cup series driver and champion.
Lol, however the winner is the dude who became Jimmie Carson
And won the cup in 2020
Yes I think this guy is familiar
Just now realized that Cars had a “Big 3” dynamic
Very nice, I remember rooting for McQueen in the early 2010's
I love how this is acts like it was a brand IRL, just professional
People getting Cars facts and dates 100% correct is euphoric to me. You get my seal of approval for this one

The place itself is the colosseum but the actual track is auto club
To this day, Chick Hicks' controversial Championship win has ranked #1 of many "Top 10 Worst Piston Cup Officiating Calls" countdowns.
Don’t forget, Lightning McQueen blew an over half a lap lead to lose the Piston Cup.
In all seriousness, Nice video Danny.
And to think Kyle Larson had as embarrassing a finish at Pocono!
This absolutely made my day. Joke or not, this was an absolute blast to watch.

Can we acknowledge that us adult NASCAR fans are all insane and we all love McQueen a little to much.
Dude this Is Awesome!!!!! This was my Childhood I Can Quote this whole movie by Heart.keep it Up!!! Happy April Fools Day
Greatest DannyB video ever
Everything looks bright for the dinoco & rust-eze motorsports since the Florida 500 victory by Cruz.👍🌟
Happy April Fools Day Everyone!
And Great job with this vid
This didn't age well.
Happy April fools.
THIS SERIES SHOULD CONTINUE.
I’m interested in seeing how many wins each driver in the piston cup series has. It’s obvious it isn’t the same driver like McQueen winning all the time.
"Doc did what in his cup!!!"
Does Strip Weathers have 200 wins? The fans need to know!

@@DannyBTalks we need this. Rubbin is racin!
I feel like this has viral potential
You knocked it out if the park with this video!!! Great job man!
Next year can you do a days of thunder rise and fall?
I was loved the fact at Lightning got his 1st win on a road course.
This was great. The effort you put in for a movie racing team and finding the information that most people don't know, (or making it up, I dunno). Anyway, I applaud you and your work
I am dying at the INTENSE editing this took, bravo bahahahha 🤣🏁
I’m surprised you mentioned the WGP. I was expecting it to be skipped over…for obvious reasons.
Yeah, some weird shit went down during the World Grand Prix. Can’t believe Axelrod was part of that giant lemon oil scheme.
Wish these were actual full length videos from jaret, darian, and eric, love the content y'all put out. Happy april fools gentlemen
This was really fun to watch especially how you tied in all 3 movies to a specific year!! 🤣🤣
Absolutely love the video i’m going to have to show this to my son he’s absolutely a big fan of the Cars Series ever since he was born.
OMG he got other racing RUclipsrs involved! 😂
this should have been in the movie not going to lie and also great job yall!!!
This isn’t even a joke video, it’s very informative
Thanks for helping me feel like a kid again. Loved the video
For an April fools joke, this is fantastic! 🤣
As an April fools joke this was really amazing rise and downfall for Rust-eze great video.
Can't wait for the McQueen Raced Win diecasts coming out. Really nice job on the vid Danny 👍👍
I do love the new dinocorusteze team but I wish they would have kept the classic dinoco branding with the 43 and 42 and their new driver tyre dillon is really underperfoming
Still went better than their second race car of the 42, Noah Cargson.
@Dannybtalks and better then John hunter driving check is doing
Danny B: "Who was his crew chief?!"
RUclips: "Let's put a 30 second ad right there."
But that pays me. So…

This was a real creative fun video that you did.
As a member of the gen z community, this is one of my favorite Pixar films of all time and is the reason I love NASCAR so much
Great video Danny! You really outdid yourself. Mickey Mouse cup win by hicks in 2005 should have been parked!
I like to think that McQueen won an 8th in 2017, then Ramirez in 2018, someone else in 2019 and 2021, and Chase Racelott in 2020.

Brian Carance was the Piston Cup's CEO at that time, I'm not surprised
Well if Cars 4 ever gets made, we should all listen out for DannyB, BFM, Eric Estepp and Iceberg to show up in there somewhere

Not me actually getting emotional during the video great job danny
This might be the greatest video of all time
Not gonna lie, I still enjoy this movie and watch it from time to time.
19:53 Chase "Raceollot" (Elliott) won the 2020 championship, I wonder how many mickey mouse memes that spawned
I was waiting for this 😁😁😁
I really enjoy the Rise and Fall series. Next I would love to see the rise and fall of Stroker Ace and/or Brewster Baker (Six Pack).
You have no idea how much i love this😄
I want a Missing Rings video for Strip Weathers in 2006 by Jaret solely from Chick wrecking him at the tiebreaker race.
Cars predicted GMS Racing and Richard Petty Motorsports merging
Hey did hear Lightning McQueen is going NASCAR racing in 2023?!?!?
You already know what day it is…
My My My!!! Very creative Dannyb!!!
Oh, cute movie that I like it, And Happy April Fool's Day and very good video!
Oh, Thanks
Welcome and Thanks

Best video on your channel for sure! Great laugh😅
Lightning McQueen recently appeared on the Dale Jr Download and hinted at joining the broadcast booth for the Piston Cup series 🤔
This was awesome
This is a little too good to be an April Fool's video.
This is probably the only April fool's joke I've ever liked
McQueen was originally sponsored by Smell Swell, which treated him poorly, which is probably why he looked down upon Team Rusteze in the 2005 racing season.
A team that is nice to you despite their conditions is better than a team who is becoming like Modern Nickelodeon.
Collaborations are great
You know if they ever make a car4 that is if they do it'd be interesting to see how the storyline continues
The Great Danny B with a great video!
This was a heart warming video. I love the Cars movies. So this was a interesting.
Of course, Chase still wins it in 2020 lol
Like he did in real life
Thanks For Uploading ☺😎
That intro is just amazing!
This was great!
Well done sir. Well done.
Never thought I'd see that but love it 😂

This is unreal lol well done
U make the best April Fools content
Every 2000’s kid ever gives you thanks.
Chick Hicks did what he needed to in order to win. All he meant to do was rattle Weathers cage a little.
I would like to see more of these fictional rises and falls with the fictional company or the show/movie it self
April Fools tradition. See ya next year.
@@DannyBTalks oh no I have to start watching the end to these vids
Only when I finished the video did I realize how invested I was
