That’s a tough one, depends on your body structure. I’m a big guy from head to toe so the bag that would work for me might be overkill for someone else. That being said, if you are a average or smaller than average Saddleback’s doctors bag would be a good weekend bag, the small waterbag would be a good bag for a 4 day weekend. I believe the Yor duffel is to big for carry on (but they make a smaller version) that might be the hot ticket for your needs
