It's weird how the only people who end up watching this are exactly the same as me. Watched it around 4 or 5, now I'm 25. It's also weird how the brain remembers every single note and sound from the cartoon, like it was logged away for years and only suddenly revived. Like remembering an old scent, this is so cool.
Satt Vile I was born I 2005. I grew up with this since my parents had little money but a lot of old CDs. I'm the only kid in school that can recognize the Popeye theme song. But you do have a point.
LOL....when I was about 4 years old and in Church on Sunday morning, I was in the childrens choir and the music leader asked me what would I like to sing in front of the entire church congregation. I replied "She'll be Coming Around the Mountain." Needless to say that place erupted into a madhouse with laughter. I still remember that after all these 38 years have passed. Such cherished memories and good times in the House of the Lord. Where has the time gone?

Well, according to Cracked and other sources, the song is based a Negro spiritual called "When the Chariot Comes", and both songs signify the Second Coming of Christ and the Rapture. The "She", of course, refers to the Chariot Jesus is driving. Kinda strange when this song is pretty toned down for a cartoon.

I owned a vhs that had over 30 cartoons, this one in particular edited out the song but kept the rest untouched.
