Have you tried bookdepository.com? They have free worldwide shipping, but I don't know about the taxes you might have to pay... I just paced my first order there today, most sites don't even ship to Switzerland and some books especially english ones are not available here...
I first heard of BookOutlet from you, and I'm so glad I did. I got the last two of TID for less than $8 in paperback. They had good deals on hardbacks but I had Clockwork Angel in paperback. I LOVE BookOutlet.

Since you introduced me to book outlet about 6 months ago my book collection has grown tremendously and I check the site everyday for new books. Cress was on there the other day but I just missed it which was the worst because I need to get a physical copy. Everyone keeps telling me to stop buying books, I'm tempted to start making book videos so I have an excuse lol!
I've started going into exfam stores lately, and it's pretty awesome because the books are around 3-5 pounds for hardcovers, and you never find something with a specific book in mind but you leave with a book you've heard a lot about or have never heard of and wouldn't have looked for it without seeing it. Last time I went I got 2 hardcovers for seven pounds.
just ordered a copy of seraphina as a present for my mum and dangerous women for myself as you made them sound cool. and she loved the Christopher Paolini Inheritance Cycle series, and adores everything that Trudi Canavan has ever done... so I'm hoping it will be right up her alley. Buying for a big birthday is hard!
I will confirm the fact that Ruta Sepetys is a beautiful writer. I just read Between Shades of Gray, and it was honestly one of the most intriguing and meticulously written books I've ever read. She is wonderful, you're going to love it :)

Seraphina is SO GOOD! Seriously! I picked it up a few months ago for like 2.50€ (about $2.79) just because it looked interesting and it was cheap... but OMG talk about value for your money! I'm dying to read the next one! I love the fact that the protagonist is female ^^

I read the spiderwick chronicles last year and I thought they were fun to read in between books. Just to break up the larger books a bit and have a short one in between. They seriously take less than an hour to read and are such much fun.
You should read the Syrena legacy for booktube-a-thon! They're all really fast paced and relatively short, and last year for the booktube-a-thon I read the first two in one day, and the last one the next day, and now it's one of my favorite trilogys!

Have you read Eragon? It's part of the Inheritance Cycle by Chistopher Paolini. It's about a Dragon and a farm boy who becomes a Dragon Rider by chance. His unlce is murdered and he goes on adventure to get revenge, but it turns out to be so much more! It is amazing!

Out of the Easy was a great book but Between Shades of Gray is without a doubt the better of the two. It was so beautiful.
The sequel to Seraphina is already out :). It's called Shadow Scale and it completes the duology.
