The Israeli and Palestinian singers of the Jerusalem Youth Chorus teamed up with teens from USY in this collaboration with the Cantors Assembly and Raise Your Voice Labs, and the result-a multimodal artistic exploration of what it means to build a world of love-will take your breath away.
The Jerusalem Youth Chorus (jerusalemyouthchorus.org) is an Israeli-Palestinian music and dialogue project that provides a space for young people from East and West Jerusalem to grow together in song and dialogue. Through the co-creation of music and the sharing of stories, we empower youth in Jerusalem with the responsibility to speak and sing their truths, as they become leaders in their communities and inspire singers and listeners around the world to work for peace, justice, inclusion, and equality.
Raise Your Voice Labs (raiseyourvoicelabs.com) is a creative culture change company that helps groups in changing times build brave spaces to have the discussions that matter-and embody new visions of community through musical co-creation.
