Really love this song, what a lovely voice, very strong, and a bit like the great Chrissy Hind. Thank goodness for the independent radio station in my area.
I don't know why but I think the original video was taken down. I remember watching that video years ago through vevo and it had many more views and comments.
Adrinopaulindromeus her “weird” stuff is good, though, even if it doesn’t quite click on first listen. This album will probably forever be my favorite of hers, but I have a massive appreciation for her subsequent albums. It’s kinda like folk Radiohead in a sense, is one way that I’ve come to think of some of her albums after this. Also, while touring this album, I saw Laura Marling play. As good as the show was, she had a super shy stage presence, to the point of being almost awkward. Don’t get me wrong, the show was fantastic; but, she was clearly out of her comfort zone. While some of it may’ve simply been due to some stage fright...... but, this is from, what?, her 3rd album? Methinks that she’s come more into her own with her “weird” stuff, which has boosted her confidence, since it more accurately reflects her in all of her quirkiness.

She needs more recognition
how come only 6 comments? Love this. First heard it when working with a 2 year old girl named Sophia, with autism. She was as mysterious as this song.

I like the comments here, it's true a great creative mind ," listen to her a good few years now" still sucks me in👍🙋🌹so creative 🙄😊
A lullaby. Then an ABBA song. And country.
This is a great song!
I searched "Sophia Laura" to find this and I guess that is a separate artist.
I suspect you were looking for Sophia Lauren. But, lucky you that you discovered Laura Marling.
Oh my god, Dan.
