The Alacrity perk on amulets isn't working (at least with the GA haste from my testing) which is why i'm not using it. Refreshing Toast on endless thirst is also bugged and actually increases the CD of your potions 😂 so i use regenerating instead. I can't say for sure if there will or will not be another video from now until the new world "re-release" on Oct 15th, but i'm for sure not playing as much as i used to. ive really been wanting to run this build for awhile now, but, i cant get the tempest fury.. ;( im so unlucky, and atm its very hard to find decent repeatable groups, to do the dung. these days, its only like noobs and really bad or casual players, that r doing dungeons. i cant find groups who actually know the dungeon anymore..
damn that sucks i can imagine how hard it is to pull a group together currently, i know that there is a pity system now so you should be guaranteed it after 4-5 runs, just need to get lucky and find that 1 group that can go a few times
@@Lounginq not really since it wont give you the haste from attacking fast with the hatchet & also the extra spins on whirlwind, but you could play it with other abilities and a normal great axe

why take whirlwind down all the way instead of one point? you wouldnt if you played mainly arena and island right?
i use it for escape also and the 100% movement speed is nice to keep up with people, you could consider dropping the very last point if anything
