Storm Owl makes me think of a Freemason of high rank. I love how this piece has an air of dignity.

This has great instruments in its sound composer and chip tune beat. Plus it’s a sky maverick theme usually sky mavericks have great themes but this one is beyond awesome 0:02
Fan-fucking-tastic! The drums just give this that extra punch to stand out. The original's if memory serves me right didn't stand out to me at all. That ending riff though was amazing. My favourite of your X4 remixes thus far!

I already did Mega Man X5 and X1 remixes a long time ago, but they are no where near the level of my current works. I will redo them at some point

There's a lot of variety in this remix, Ren. It's fantastic. The intro horns, the middle, and the ending all sound quite different.

Storm Owl seems like Storm Eagle to me. They should've named him Thunder or Lightning Owl.
Except none of them fit. And I preferred Storm Owl to Storm Eagle (until Maverick Hunter X came out at least) because Storm Eagle fights like a pussy in MMX1. I'm fine with him now because in MHX they buffed his fight severely (as Capcom should have), but I just like a Maverick much more when they're tough to fight and have all the other good qualities (stage, theme, design, etc.).
This guy is hard. Look at Kevvl's perfect run of his stage. He's got at least 5 different moves, not to mention one of them mimics the infamous Wily Capsule 7...
I tried fighting Storm Owl as Zero without upgrades. Died 26 times easily (yeah, I counted.) Storm Owl has so many damn attacks that you need to react to differently.
...and all Zero gets out of it is projectile nullification. I wanted his diving attack, damn it.
Not worth making Zero sound gay as fuck. That one voice response with Storm Owl laughing before he throws you to the ground ticks me off so much.

I have actually used Thunder Force guitars before. But for this track the guitars are a combination of FM guitars from Dragon's Fury (Same company as TF4 I believe) and DAC guitar samples from Earthworm Jim 2
I hope this gets in Smash Ultimate. It would be a shame if Central Highway is the only song from the X series.
