this helped me a lot. I have been doing heavy lifting almost 4 months and my stiff shoulder has been such a nagging problem. following along with your movements has been quite helpful. i wonder if i keep incorporating these movements over time maybe I will have a normal shoulder with good motion 🤔

I’m 70. I do aqua aerobics at least 4 times a week. I also do 5k’s and half marathon. Exercise is life
