Yes and no, see in MHP3 there was 2 different hotsprings, one in the village and one in the multiplayer plaza room, the one in the multiplayer plaza room is impossible to get to in MHX/MHG because you cant get into the plaza room, theres a rope in front of the entrance and the arrow doesn't show above your head, however the one in the village you can rest in. So you can still do it but not JUST like mhp3 but you can still do it.
