I still feel like Steven never got the closure he wanted from his mother.
yes I thought they were going to talk inside Steven's head while his monster form battled his family on the outside or when White Diamond pulled Steven's gem into her body.
Yeah I mean, couldn't there have been an adventure to old gem structures.
Like having lapis help access the sea spire and potentially bring it back.
Maybe as a new Gem shopping center, with human interactions.
Plus, them going back to that underwater place to see if the time crystal has returned as rumored to be possible.
Then steven could use it, with the knowledge now he could return to potentially talk with his mother face to face.
Possibly during a time where she would be alone, BUT also after she'd know she'd be going away.
Like maybe when she is putting the other tape near her old ship, or during her pregnancy while rose is alone.
Just cause it would be terrible to talk during a bad time that would cause terrible issues with time. Paradoxes.
Though it was able to allow steven to form a band, so would have been interesting to see him bringing his mother to the future for a bit before she has to give birth.
@@manuelgutierrez9932 Yes, but my idea was I wish when White Diamond went into Steven's corrupted mind, we should've seen something. Like that Reunited Episode, you still remember the soul/statue world of the Crystal Gems that Steven went when Yellow stepped on him? We could've seen a broken Steven statue which triggers a jumpscare that scared White.
I also wanted to see Pink talking to Steven when he was corrupted. The best scenario would be when they were talking to corrupted Steven, it ended with Pink appearing in Steven's mind (or just a voice) about being sorry for not being the mother she was supposed to be. It triggers this scene after Connie kissed worm boi with pink tears and before Steven wakes up tearing.
Well if you want something like that then watch the fan-comic “You Don’t Need Me.” It’s a really good alternative climax for the movie.

One thing about Onion I just realized, HE HADN"T AGED AT ALL THOUGH THE SHOW. He should be a little older come The Steven Universe Movie from the ending of the main show.

I'm pretty sure Onion represents individuals with genetic disorders since both he and his dad cannot speak and I've heard of some genetic disorders that make it so some people don't age or act like most others do.

@@HaShomeret Ace people can still have sex though (if they want to) and also fusion isn't just a sexual relationship (as we can see with for example Smoky or Steg). I'm not saying Ace people don't deserve representation, but I don't think showing us some concept sketches of what a Peri fusion would look like would be harmful.
Fun fact : in florida supercon, the voice actor of peridot said that she would like to see lapis and peri fuse, and said "lapidot, lapidot fans out there"

Spin-off show idea: Gem Adventures. A series of animated shorts of few minutes in length about the slice of life randomness the different gems are doing. One episode per month and no over arching plot, just one off story. Steven and Connie won't be involved at all and the main three Crystal Gems would only be side / supporting characters because their arcs are complete.

I don't hate sugar,but she was kinda full of shit for a lot of the series with zero intention of explaining anything or adding lore,even if just via twitter or reddit or something. A lot of these questions COULD be reviled,but she just gives us excuses like "i don't want pearl to be defined by her relationship status" (then why the hell was it a primary focus for the majority of the series and given a whole ep in future?) that are clearly just code for "i just don't feel like it so i won't". Again,i don't hate her but she dropped the ball a awful lot for someone that's done tv before and should know the kind of things fans except from a series: the show is a product made for us,not a personal project just for her.

Thing is with vollyball. Even in that shot where it looks like she has a crack. You notice that the shades of white are not the same. So it's a flower petal not a crack.

Technically, the “Ruby” is an emerald, considering she was supposed to be an oxidised colourless Beryllium gem. Oxidation makes gems red. She ended up soaking the dihydroquinitronic gas that was colouring the near by Green Unakites. Hydrogen and Nitrogen colour shift Oxygen enough to make it appear green. Science lesson of the day!

My theory for what was inside the chest was the tape with the song "Being Human", the song played in the end of the finale. Rose was always fascinated by humans, she could've wanted to be human herself which probably happened through steven.

We never seen the Gem War and with this galaxy spanning empire we see very little of it. With a show that gave a lot to world building we saw very little of Homeworld. It would be nice to get a book that goes more into the different eras of gem history and also WHO THE HECK CREATED WHITE DIAMOND OR HOW SHE AND OTHER DIAMONDS CAME TO BE?

I always wished they explained how Gem weapons work. Every Gem seems to have a single unique weapon but also Gems dont seem to be made knowing how to summon it. And some don’t have weapons at all, just cool powers.

@@crashie4949 But I mean it kinda makes sense that they could all have powers. I mean Peridots usually use limb enhancers, which I presume are made of metal. And I believe the Diamonds could've just told them that they don't have special powers to prevent another rebellion since people that believe they are powerless wouldn't try to stage an uprising. As long as these powers aren't necessary for their jobs then why would they question it?

The Off-Colors!!! They were such a great addition to the show and got no speaking roles on Future! Rodanite - a ruby and a pearl fusion! Garnet even said “that’s a story I’d like to hear” so would I Garnet...So would I.

• I think James has gone off to do theatre stuff for a living back in Season 5, the last time we've seen him.
• Pearl and Mystery girl do talk. She came back with a different hairstyle in Bismuth Casual.
• Religion still exists in SU, where they live is just a mix of 3 states: Delaware, Maryland, Virginia. IIRC we were never given a specific location of where Connie's cram school is, so for all we know it could be outside of Delmarva, where other religion exists and are more prominent.

I wanted to know what a Homeworld-grown garnet looks like. I remember Aquamarine patronizing our Garnet when they first met ("That calls itself a garnet?"), and I can't help but wonder what one looks like.
Hessonite, Pyrope, and Demantoid from the games are all Homeworld Garnets.

Gems irl don’t match 1:1 with the dhow. Otherwise Sapphire and Ruby would be the same Gem too.
DeathnoteBB Hessonite and Demantoid aren’t red though. the games refer to the three of them as Garnet Commanders, and during Change Your Mind, Blue Diamond laughs at Garnet and says “where would she even be? with the Hessonites? the Pyropes or Demantoids?” further confirming that those are, in fact, single-Gem Garnets.
Random comic idea I had: Steven has been on the road for a few weeks now. He either runs a red light or speeds and gets pulled over by the police. The police asks Steven for his licenses but Steven is unable to present one. The police takes Steven to the county jail and makes Steven call his parents (or Greg but the police doesn’t know that Steven only has one parent).Though Steven and Greg the police slowly finds out that Steven does indeed not have a license, is 16 (not yet a legal adult) and how Steven doesn’t go to doctors/ his lack of education. Also finds out about the gems. CPS and the government get involved. Idk how the story would play out but this would be an interesting point for the story to pick up in. 🤷🏼♀️

He's not going to jail for that. He's actually going to prison along with his dad because he has no record.
@T P if he has no identification nor record that could lead him to going to prison and a Greg must go with him because he's held liable for Steven's identification such as passports, and birth certificate.
@T P And he also need a social security number which is a requirement to achieve a drivers license. In growing pains, when you look at Steven's patient sheet it says it's not available. And Greg is liable for his social security number also. And if he does have a birth certificate he also has to know the specific year he was born as well.
@T P the car isn't new greg has had it for a while it's been in earlier episodes and steven isn't an official US citizen he has no record or anything so that means no drivers license or social security number

There's a LOTNOF THINGS that cracked Steven's skull. Jasper's headbutt, Spinel's punch, possibly Sugilite hitting him with the rock, that's all I can think of off the top of my head
They should make a show called “Little Homeworld” and just expand on the lesser characters like Jasper and Peridot, etc.
I thought when Steven corrupted himself that all the villains in future would show up and they would be controlled by him and their would be a legendary battle and all the gems would fuse with each other to try to get Steven back to normal and their would be cool new gem fusion's and gem weapons then it would end with a giant hug.
I thought corrupted steven was just gonna be a missed corruption and the pink white diamond was going to be a new,very unstable pink diamond that white created due to relapsing back to her old ways and wanting so much to get things back to how they were that she created a new pink diamond in her image but was mentally unstable as a result of white's own mental state and had gotten out of control. I was very disappointed.

Roundtable touched on the topic of the chest and I thought it was pretty good. They said how the chest or more symbolic of how it's representing Rose/Pink Diamond's secrets. Once they were all out in the open, the chest opened as well. Still, I like to think Steven's jacket is in there. It could be light clothing like stated in the games and it could be a final gift to Steven

I wanted to see if Lapis & Jasper reconciled over what their toxic relationship they had together. It would’ve great to see what happened between the two.
I've never seen anyone talking about Lapis and Jasper relationship, like, Jasper now is in little homeschool and so is Lapis, so how they will interact with each other. Does nobody care?!
I think the chest was a huge metaphor for Rose's secret identity. The chest was locked, but after the secret is out, the chest is open.
I really wanted to see how the diamonds were created and to see what garnets room in the temple looked like
How did the Diamonds form? Seriously, were they made like other gems, if so, was it a completely different alien race that did it? Unlike other gems, do Diamonds form naturally, like a bunch of minerals, heat, and pressure have to build up in a dying planet or something? Was it combination of these things where White formed naturally, got lonely, so she went and made Yellow and Blue? Was Pink made like this, or was she a mistake? The way they introduce Pink Diamond and how her relationship with the other diamonds is represented makes it feel as if she's youngest and therefore was formed last. These seem like logical things to ask considering the Diamonds are the root of all bad things happening to everyone in the show..... As you can see, this has bothered me for quite a while. Thank you for taking the time read this long series of questions.
I think the chest is representative of Rose/Pink's secret. It was hidden deep in a secret spot only accessable to her (and then later Steven) with all of her most prized belongings. Once her big secret was out and all was in the open, the chest was open.

What about Lars and his space adventures D: How long does he live for? I also want to see where Saddie ended up. What happens to Kiki and the pizza business. Ronaldo wasn't back on his conspiracy theories. I also wanted one last song from Rose that would sum the relationship between Steven and Rose. I would expect an epilogue book regarding this and the chest.
And the finale 4 episodes, used a lot of elements from Sonic. Spinelle did both Sonic and Tails' signature motions and the hiding of the eye is the same as the hiding of the feet. Specifically, the episode where Sticks was able to hide her feet the whole episode. Don't fall down this slide though.
So... Bismuth and Lapis never talk about the drama of Lapis being poofed by her???
I think Onion not changing appearance is a metaphor for the fact that he hasn't changed at all since his debut, and that's something we see a lot when you think about it.
Whenever the gems get poofed and reform, they've usually gone through some character development before the poof, and the change in their appearance signifies the change in personality, however little.
Connie changed drastically over the course of SU, going from a Regular Show looking character to an Avatar looking character (Also losing the glasses).
Lars is... Much more obvious, becoming pink after dying, and you could argue that Sadie looks different, though that's just her hair.
Though, we can see a lot of characters not change appearance. The cool kids pretty much look the same, Ronaldo and even Peedee, who's about the same age as Steven, haven't changed, because none of them really went through any significant character development. Not as much as the above mentioned characters at least. This might just be because they're minor characters, but I still think it supports my argument regardless.
I wamt a steven universe after future like 1 minute episodes of the diamonds i mean yellow diamond (fixing the cluster) or stevens adventure
I still wanna more about Lion! What hairbrush to him that led to Rose reviving him? And why was he kept such a big secret, even from Pearl? Did Rose have a plan for Lion to turn up in Steven's life and conveniently offer him periodic guidance? Or was there meeting just a fortunate stroke of happenstance?

-In the episode "Everything's fine" (season 6, episode 18) You see pink pearl in a scene in the background with Peridot's plants, in a camera shot you see Pink Pearl's face, just a little as a plant is in a way.. but you can make out a faint crack on the top of her face. So, the crack is still there.
I have a question what did Steven and Connie kissed at the season finale it was obvious that they were a couple but I don't know why they're willing to the season finale?
well, Steven and Connie are dating, and won’t see each other for some time, it’s a common thing to kiss your loved ones when they depart somewhere. Idk if that answers your question but yeah.
I dunno if it was obvious they were dating. In the movie Connie kissed him on the cheek and Steven seemed surprised and got super happy. Fast Fwd to the episode where he asked her to the beach and sang the song, I think Connie expected Steven to ask her out then... but you know what happened. After that, Steven took her response to his marriage/fusion proposal as clear rejection.
I think it wasn't until she kissed him as Monster Steven that he realized she still loved him. And then somewhere in the months between that and the last episode, they revisited the couple talk, and finally started dating. No one reacted when they kissed on the mouth, so I'm assuming they've been a kissing couple for quite a bit.
The biggest plot thread left on the cutting room floor: what about the pink-haired mystery girl Pearl had a crush on?
Rebecca Sugar was on record saying they don't make throw-away background characters nor one-time-use characters, yet we never see Mystery Girl ever again.
Suigen Yukiouji Yeah I think Cartoon Network forced then to end the show early. I remember hearing the crew was prepared to make at least a few more seasons but CN wouldn’t let them. CN has been screwing the show over for years now.

I'm hoping that Volleyball's crack is still there. Pearl's line about how she never stopped hurting really stood out to me and I feel that VBs crack still being there represents that she's more open about her feelings and trauma rather than bottling it up like she used to.

Cause all I've heard was her saying if anything comes out about Steven that didn't have her name on it meant it was unofficial and she didn't approve it. Nothing about a continuation.
@@AlottaBoulchit I know but it was supposed to answer all the questions it didn't for example what was in the chest since there was a whole episode about it, it still has not been answered plus I just watch the series and don't have social media apps I just hope it doesn't end since it's my whole childhood and I still love it to this day

I still want to understand what/who is pink steven. When the gem is separated from steven, is he able to talk to him at all? It’s able to look at him and laugh with him, so why doesn’t he have a conversation with him/it? does it hold all of pink diamond and roses memories? i think this would of been a deeper way of him finding closure within himself.

I think that onion's dad is actually an alien refugee that fled to earth after his home planet was destroyed and somewhat assimilated, and Onion is also half human, thus his attraction to Steven.
Something that I wish that they would have explained is the Off-Colors, particularly what are Fluorite's components and what ever happened to Emerald, considering she wanted to hunt the Off-Colors down to the ends of the galaxy.
I am more curious to the former Diamond Authority. Purpose and standing of each 'valid' existing gems. 'Valid' knowing that gems were forbidden to fuse with different type. Also the Diamond's History. Where did they came from? Is it like Princess Bubblegum-type of birth? Or were there creators? I'm pretty sure that steven-monster form is his gem's manifestation of himself, like what the gem does to him in 'So Many Birthdays' episode... It's like the episode is not yet finish...
mActUx Yeah I wish they ever explained why Homeworld exists and how it’s the way it is. In real life it’s greed and shit but in SU it’s just.... they can so they do. But then Steven changes their mind (in Change Your Mind) almost immediately. All he says to Blue is “this isn’t normal!” but uhhhh. For them, yeah it kinda is? What would the Diamonds have to compare their situations to? Steven has his family but the Diamonds are the ultimate authority. They decide what’s normal.
@@DeathnoteBB I'm asking for those, though. Maybe if I demand for episodes, maybe that's greed. SU story and concepts is so good that's why i'm disappointed from the way it ended. I want to feel the satisfaction like Adventure Time and Gravity Falls did on its stories. They spew out lore and histories randomly when they need a filler for a season. On AT, they explained why land of Ooo became like that, what was it like before that and many other opened loose strings like Lumpy Space and Marceline's origins... To the point that you don't want to ask anymore because its beautiful story the way it is. They made it look like SUF's last episodes were like based on a depressing fanfic with many added loose ends. I don't know. Too lazy to type now...
I think yellowtail was an onion that rose gave sentience to, and onion is his offspring, notice how the watermelon stevens, cactus Steven (at the beginning), and pumpkin can only speak in mur murs and noises? Same with yellowtail and onion...
I have a theory that the chest might have contained a map. Intended by his mom for Steven to go on a journey when he reached a certain age. And throughout future this made Steven confused and uneasy after all he couldn't leave with little homeschool just launching. But now having reason too hes choosing to persue this one last clue his mother left. After all Rose had obviously been all over the world. I think that's a good setup for one last season and could give us and Steven closure on his mom.
When it comes to Aquamarine and Eyeball...I wouldn't get too worried. Those two are so stupid, it's a miracle they were able to first discover fusion at all. Even as Bluebird, they aren't THAT much of a threat; neither are any of the other "hostiles" still out there (like Holly Blue or Curly Lapis.)
They're what...four little Gems standing against a new Gem society that numbers in the billions. What threat could THEY possibly be against such numbers
The "My Diamond" thing might be more significant. Rose called Pearl "My Pearl" implying she saw her as her equal or even more. It's probably a sign of devotion in gem culture

I'm pretty sure somewhere in first season, Greg mentioned that he ENJOYED staying in the van instead. And that the finally is him letting go of that immaturity and settling down.
The only things I want to see is 1. What was in the chest 2. Jasper and lapis make up and maybe form a normal malachite 3. Lapis and peridot, and the diamonds fuse.
