Looks like a nice design and I ordered once to evaluate and offer my own products for it. Not gonna mince words, though, I'm disappointed the adjustment is not micro-adjustable. I'm also concerned about the tension-based hook retention on this. I'm interested in what's creating the tension and how it's going to hold up over time.
@@coltonconverse7343 agreed, but I'm ok with them offering three click lengths in the package at this other point. They do need to make one of those at some point.
Got my LynX's a few days ago. Is the hook tension thing you mentioned an actual feature, or is it something made up for this video? The hooks on both of the larges I received can fall out of position and don't seem to have anything keeping them in place after being reset. There's also nothing in the literature that indicates there is a system for hook retention, so I'm curious if mine are missing something.
It is not made up.....set the hook in the fire position.....now shake the handle so the head flops back and forth. The hook should stay in the fire position the whole time. Do that with any other hinge and the hook will flop out of the fire position.
@@LancasterArcherySupply just tried it with all 5 LynX's I own. They all fall out of place when you reset the hook and shake the handle. I demonstrate this in the review on my channel, but I'll post a followup video at some point. I reached out to Stan and they say my hinges are functionally normally. So your info is incorrect or something was misunderstood in communication.

Was really hoping for two independently adjustable moons when i saw this come out

How does the length fit up against the onnex?
That seems like the hinge I want to try!! Great stuff
Nice video!

@@LancasterArcherySupply hooks with auto-returns (i.e. Springs, magnets, rubber bands, etc) will not fall out of position when you shake the head.
Why don't you guys answer peoples questions about a product you're trying to get them to buy?
Are the sizes more like the old morex or the current onyx series?
