Hi Mike, thanks for sharing. I feel your pain! Been suffering from Migraines for 25yrs, Mine come in cycles, when I get in the migraine groove I need to (in this order) stay hydrated, avoid all coffee (difficult because I love it!), avoid alcohol and concentrating on computer/phone/iPad screens for too long. I’ll suffer from the attacks and feeling generally run-down for a week or two, but they always go eventually. I try and see the arrival of a Migraine as a positive - because I know I’m at the start of a journey to eventual recovery and normality. Keep smiling!
I had 2 today and the anxiety gets me every time. I've been having these for the last 3 years. Usually once a month. I still don't know what the triggers are. I think it's lack of sleep. I've never drank tea or coffee. Today was by far the worst I've felt.
I have had them at times and I have problems articulating words.. during them and right before them I SOMETIMES have a problem coming up with the right words.. I’ve seen a lot of people report that symptom. Have you had similar?
@@uplatewithmike Yeah some of mine can get pretty bad. My worst ones I’ve had words coming out jibberish, numbness of my tongue, hands, sometimes feet, extreme confusion, inability to recall important info like my families names. I have found that they seem to get more severe the more I start panicking about it. But if I try to remain calm and focus on taking deep breaths it usually passes faster and I only have the visual aura.
@@lasciachesiaa I get the same symptoms and it’s so scary and we think we are having something terrible happening to us which makes it worse! I have been doing some research and I heard coQ10 is another supplement that I guess can help, what do you if anything take?
