- I saw this giant spider lure at Walmart a while ago and I knew I had to do a fishing challenge with it sometime. I bought the spider lure and we are going to find out if it can catch some bass.

Lures like this aren't meant for large semi-weighted swivels. Direct tie works best while
pulling them over vegetation, or twitching them over open pockets of water, or open water.

This lure has all manner of possibilities. Try it in Wal-Mart's grocery section. I'd jump if I saw it coming down the aisle!

Why do Americans hold the rod upside down? The reel goes underneath along with the line eyes.
Why do non Americans hold bait casters and trolling rods upside down? That's not the way they were designed to be used. The reel goes on top.
Unless your not aware of the different styles and uses of reels?
