Do dehumifers and air purfier both kill mold spores and mold I have mold in my bedroom and I use dehumifers and I have plug in air purfier also do they both work and are they both worth using

Dehumidifiers are good at soaking up any damp, but they treat the symptom, rather than the problem (I have never tried air purifiers). As stone is a natural material and needs to breathe I wanted to get all the concrete off (as this stops it from breathing and can cause damp stone/mold problems!). Are your walls stone? Have you managed to locate the underlying problem (e.g. a leak somewhere or the walls being unable to breathe)?

@@taramiller70 I have tried the plug in dehumidifiers before (depending on the space you may not need a big one) and they are really effective. If you have lots of items in a small room and not much ventilation, you may find that mold builds up behind them. Hope this helps!
