How do you mentain 3 debuffs for Dr ratio?

This one is mainly off moc resurgence. Though topaz actually applies debuffs, and ratio applying one of his own you get just enough to keep it up, and I have a rather high investment Topaz so it is rather easy.

same as most recent video tbh forgot, except with speed boots to reach 136 speed so 2 piece fua, 2 piece imaginary, and then attack orb, attack rope from salsotto.

okay checked with speed boots i'm like 3.6k attack, 136 speed, 72.9 crit rate, and 180 crit damage. crit damage was a bit less this video tho since i had wrong relic.
