- It's almost Halloween! It's almost time for Ghostbusters: Afterlife! And both my kids wanted to be Ghostbusters characters for Halloween. It legitimately was their unprompted choice. Naturally, this occasion is celebrated with a proper proton pack.

WOW ! NEAT I BET THERES THOUSANDS OF PARENTS OUT THEIR WISHING THEIR KIDS HAD A REALISTIC PROTON PACK ? TOO BAD NO ONE MAKES THEM ON EBAY ? 😁
I wish the design was mine to sell, because it's beautiful. But sadly, it was posted with a non-commercial license.
That said, even if you don't have a 3d printer, there are plenty of print-on-demand services that can print the parts out, and then the joy is in the painting and finishing.
Mr Kiou is "Mr Q" spelled out FO-NET-IK-LEE 🤣
Is it bad that it also took me a while to get the "phonetically" part in that comment?
But also... Yeah, I now see what you're saying.
sandpaper my dude
When I make my own, yeah. But for my destructive young kids? The surface finish was a low priority.
No electronics. Come on man.
Once my kids are old enough to not destroy the things they love, I'd love to do a pack with lights and sounds. But as for this one, after less than a year, this thing is held together 4 different glues and epoxies, and all of those wires are just hanging, having been half pulled out. That's largely because it ended up being a daily-use toy instead of just costume piece. But regardless, this was meant to survive, and my children are destroyers, so electronics were out of the question.
@@KenMakesMistakes it's easy I've done at least 6. For mine the hard part is keeping it cheap
