Sola Busca part 3 Comparing Two SB Decks and Commentary

- These are the two Sola Busca decks I own. I had assumed that I'd already done a comparison video between them, but I was wrong.
This video discusses the triumph cards side by side with commentary regarding the deck.
Both of these decks were published by Lo Scarabeo.

Nice! Oh, I found another possibility for the object in Postumio's hand... it could be the trumpet of Fame! In some early decks, the Angel of Judgement or the World card was associated with Fame. That would fit with the "legacy" interpretation as well!
Also, something else about that older Lo Scarabeo deck... there is an existing *unpainted* version of the Sola Busca, so just B&W copper plate prints of the cards. In that version, the shields do not have all of the heraldric artwork as the painted cards. Because of this it is theorized that the artists originally intended to market the deck to different partons and paint on the heraldric devices as required. There are other differences like the locations of the numbers and the spelling of BOCHO instead of BACHO. So it's possible the Lo Scarabeo deck is based on the unpainted cards.
The Latin motto that appears on several cards means "I am drawn by Fate" and seems to be a play on words as "drawn" meaning both "painted" and "dealt".
