Looking at the video after lunch when they was waiting for Woody to come back in Love was about to tell Judge He was not going to testify but the Judge interrupted saying He’s coming. They all knew He wasn’t going to testify. The Supreme Court should ruled Mistrial on several levels and The Georgia State Bar needs to be written about How this court has been conducted. The defense can’t say anything without being attacked.
The judge is going to lose his career trying help the state I mean he is really going out on a limb

The Judge, A. Love & Hilton are going to find themselves on the wrong side of the Law needing Lawyers & going before a Judge themselves.
I think everyone forgot that Woody had court this morning with another Judge. So his lawyer was within his right to contract him about the court date outside of this case. Hilton speaking out of emotions instead of facts.
I think we found out who leaked Woodys “snitch video” the state looks to be the only side to benefit
If u go back, Hilton and Love are sayin to different things. Hilton said “Copelands lawyer told love he didn’t represent Copeland” but Love never says she spoke to Copelands lawyer; she just says “Copeland never “told us” he was represented”. Love basically lied to Hilton if u listen closely

I would kinda hate to see a mistrial because I don’t think GA is going to let this case go. The Defendants will remain detained even longer without a trial.

The problem is this case is personal for Love. She wants Thug so bad she will do whatever it takes to win, not get justice, but win. I hope she is disbarred for her antics. There's so many words I want to say right now but don't want to get kicked off of YT. And the judge should be next behind her

The state was seemingly aware of what he would "potentially" do or say. Why else would she open with "Do you want to be here?" Most important, that "immunity" applies to said county. Doesn't mean immunity for acts, if any, outside Fulton County's jurisdiction.... #FormerGaInvestigator

Donovan T sr was not impactful for the state. He basically came in as a parent that was supposed to give big info to the state. He didnt, he didnt even know what was going on half the time. That helped YSL.
So if they needed his testimony so desperately why didn’t they offer him transactional immunity instead of use immunity. Ijs

Brah...You're citing the incorrect statue, and you gave an incorrect explanation...it isnt 24-5-505...It's 24-5-507...this applies when a person gives recorded information to prosecution of a crime that also involves they're criminality and is offered "use immunity" because of the knowledge they've given the prosecution. A 24-5-507 is submitted to a judge to compell the testimony because the 24-5-507 overrides a 5th Ammendment. "Why?" Because there is NO POSSIBILITY OF SELF-INCRIMINATION...Because the prosecution is prohibited from using any testimony against the witness by the 24-5-507 use immunity. That's the reasoning behind a 24-5-507. Because "Self-Incrimination ISN'T POSSIBLE!!!

This may be true by why would you set yourself up for the feds. Or not answer the way the prosecutor wants you to answer and hit you with impeachment. I don’t like immunity being given with as a tactic. It shows the state don’t care what happen to the witness after they testify. I see The Regular Podcast going up because it’s a vibe.
