I Made a Release Crystal Tracker | SAOIF

I made a release crystal tracker or RC-Tracker for those that want to track their progress on the weapon proficiency levels.
Here is the link if you want a copy of the tracker and use it. I recommend to use Google Sheets but if you want it on Microsoft, well you will have to do all the format fixing.
