That black model definitely looks sleeker than the silver one. My personal gripe is that Tomica Premium made no effort to put a gimmick engine bay in this one. Imagine them showing off a gimmick VR38DETT under the hood; that would have boosted this casting's value four-fold. Worse is that almost none of the new Tomica Premiums have openable hoods or engine lids. I guess they could do a Tomica Premium GT-R Nismo or 370Z Nismo someday with that feature.
Given that an engine bay is a rarity even in the ultra premium Tomica Limited Vintage Neo line, I wouldn’t hold my breath for them to put one in any of these Tomica Premium models.
