This is awesome!! I just bought one of these and I bit of more then I can chew. This is definitely my new favorite channel !!! Could you do a video on the car not cranking ?? It starts 9/10 times but everyonce and a while it won't even crank ???
Again, great video! I did finish this project and found out you do not need to remove the expansion tank and can unhook the sending unit from inside the trunk once you start sliding out the tank. In other words, no access to the interior is necessary. Hope that helps someone else.

Hopefully you are either going to replace that tank or have it opened up, sandblasted and epoxy lined.

How did you clean the tank?
I wasn’t able to save this one, it had far too much rust! So I ended up replacing this one
