Which type of bootable media you are using to install ? An erasable cd rom/ USB drive / normal dvd disk ? It is recommended to use balena etcher to make a bootable USB drive

Yes the prebuild packages can be installed without internet. If internet is there , all latest version apps will be installed during installation.

In my laptop the DPIRR software is not being installed
When checked it showed error and when unchecked other software installation was successful

I was doing dual boot. I faced this issue the installer failed to process the preconfiguration file from file://CD-ROM/simple-cdd/defaultmpreseed
