This is the Interceptor version of the Scythe, which you can only spawn into by ejecting from the Bastion Fleet Carrier. It does not have a "nosegun", but rather two automatic wing-mounted machine guns that are basically the default nosegun but with 150 rounds per magazine. When it shoots, you can actually see two stream of bullets in third person, which in my opinion is way cooler than the traditional ESF noseguns.
