EDIT: I mention at 10:02 that there isn’t a waist swivel but there actually is - it’s just *very* stiff, although it does turn much at all.

my favorite parts of the video is definitely the size comparisons, i dont know why but in every review i just like seeing the toy in focus compared with other stuff.
I love comparisons too, so I really try to do a lot.

Talking about Hunk looking like a ninja turtle, New Age made their Brawn mold into the Ninja Turtles, called the Pizza Fighters.
As far as proportions, I have always preferred the more heroic proportion FTs figures have compared to their animation counterparts.
I wish more figures would have the gun system that Hunk has.
I think FTs releases over 2020, for the most part, all had really quite good transformations.

Really appreciate how you point out articulation that looks unnatural or ugly e.g. side hip flaps sticking out or front hip flaps just generally looking a bit strange when sculpted poorly. I feel like way too many reviewers and tf collectors in general give a pass for ugly joints way too easily as long as the range is there. It's odd because every other toy fanbase generally do value this stuff in more expensive toys.

I can't unsee it now, the fact that this does look like a ninja turtle for the color, the backpack looking like a shell, and the split toes XD.

I effing adore Hunk. I don't understand why somebody would put it on their most disappointing list of 2020. I'm chuffed I got it for £79.50, with free p&p too. It was from a Chinese eBay seller with 2 feedback! I still can't believe that I wasn't scammed.
Another hit Sixo! Just a little tip, when in vehicle mode the two parts that form the heel spur in robot mode fold up to complete the front bumper. Makes a massive difference 😁👍
If I could get Hunk's head on Brawny's body, I'd have my (practically) perfect version of an MP Brawn.

Nice review as always. Liked all the comparisons. I watched the whole review but I couldn't get past the part about the no waist swivel. Hunk does have a waist swivel(maybe you corrected yourself, but I didn't notice). It can go about 15-20 degrees before it runs into the backpack, you can pull the backpack out a bit more to get more of an angle. I've had this figure since it was released and had no issue getting him into poses using the waist swivel.

Como dicen los amigos españoles en sus series de TV: ¡Es una gozada ver tus revisiones! Simple y sencillamente una autentica muestra la genial creatividad que tienes amigo. Me fascino la comparación del minuto 8. La mayoría, que busca que sus figuras sean "show accurate", hace esas comparaciones. Y la verdad te luciste con la comparación de tu amplia colección. Y como ultimo comentario, como ves todos esos detalles que tiene la figura, debemos esperar a una versión 2 tal y como están haciendo con spindrift, y, que hay del FV-02 Hummer? Un fuerte abrazo amigo
Really interesting that you commented about the toes and the ninja turtle comparison because NewAge has the same leg split transformation for their Brawn and they did a TMNT repaint set!

Well to be fair they're on FT45 but FT31 to FT40 is combiners (31A-E being menasor and 40 being Fortress Maximus) but thats still a lot of figures

Kinda creepy hearing the word toy so much. Maybe call 'em something else...unless your actually playing with them like toys then , have at it. Those would be some expensive play things that's for sure.
