I just bought the rose sig sauer and it came with this lifepod. The buttons aren’t lighting up at all, so is there a battery situation that I should be looking for? The buttons never lit up there is a charging dock in front of the box should I have it on a charger?

My understanding is its battery powered, so it could be a battery that needs to be changed. If there is any charging port, then you have a different model than this one. Best of luck.
