Havoc is great, i use him alot, but his main problem is when enemy uses pf blockers and ur hard countered. Havoc is great mostly against sg, as they are too short to block his hook shot and quickshot

Dribbling too long with any character will result in an easy steal, but with Friedman you want to prioritize speed then shooting stats
